These Terms & Conditions dbg Applies to use of the platform (https://dbg.onl). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals will be held until verification is done. In most cases, withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• A loss of internet connection during live betting will not result in a cancelled bet – any bet already submitted will remain valid.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins, you will receive a full refund.
• If a match is cancelled in an accumulator bet, it will be counted as 1.00 odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, dbg reserves the right to void the affected bets.

The Cash Out option may not always be available — it depends on the event and circumstances. Live streaming and statistics are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee for betting decisions.

The following actions dbgis strictly prohibited on:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts (Bonus Abuse).

dbg Accounts may be suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If identity verification documents are not submitted.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (1 year or more).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, all valid balances will be available for withdrawal, unless forfeited due to a terms violation.
